Job Description

In this role, you will work as an Inspector within electrical power for projects that AFRY is involved in. With us, the role as an inspector means that you will work with contract inspections of electrical installations 0.4-33kV in combination with other electrical power-related areas such as feasibility studies, testing, or measurements.

We support not only external customers but also the various divisions within AFRY with our specialist competence in electrical power and inspection, which means you will have both internal and external partners in your daily work. You will work on different types of projects and assignments, which will be guided by your competence, the customer's needs, and your personal ambition and development plan. Our section offers you exciting and challenging tasks in a friendly team that is happy to welcome more electrical power colleagues.

Qualifications

We are now looking for an experienced electrician or electrical engineer who is interested in developing within the inspection area. If you have previous experience with inspections, this is very interesting, but it is also something we see as possible to receive training in and learn in the role. Since you will be responsible for ensuring electrical installations and solutions, it is crucial that you are a meticulous, structured, and technology-interested person who drives things from idea to goal – you do not give up as soon as it gets tough. We envision that you value collaborating with others and creating engagement, building relationships, and being responsible in what you do. In addition to this, you are interested in developing yourself and being involved in developing your colleagues and customers – you enjoy building contacts both externally and internally. Beyond this description, we hope you recognize yourself in the following:

• A vocational education or post-secondary education in electrical power or electricity.
• Worked with electricity for many years, for example as an electrician or in electrical power.
• Have an understanding of contract forms such as AB04 and ABT06.
• A valid driver's license as travel is a natural part of your role.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as this is required in dialogue with both customers and colleagues.
